拓展训练概述
一、拓展(体验式)培训的定义

拓展培训是户外体验式课程培训,它以大自然及人工设置的各种环境,通过各种精心设计的、既具有挑战性又富有冒险精神的活动项目,在安全保证的前提下,让大家在解决问题和应对挑战的过程中,以促进拓展培训“计划—实施—反思—应用”(PDCA理论)自我完善意识的形成。在整个课程期间,培训师都会引导和鼓励学员在小组讨论时发现自己优缺点,清楚地了解自己在小组中的作用,怎样才能对同伴产生积极影响,避免消极因素,使学员不断探索,了解自我,增进交流和沟通,目的在于培养其团队精神、坚毅性格及社会责任感。使学员学会生活、学会工作、学会发挥自身优点,并对自己都有一个正确的认识,在团结协作、乐于助人、积极参与、尊重别人、尽职尽责、充满自信和想方设法解决难题等方面具有显著进步。拓展培训是西方发达国家广为采用并被长期实践证明行之有效的培训方式之一。
