户外高空拓展项目训练安全须知
高空拓展项目主要包括高空断桥、空中抓杠、高空平衡木、天梯等等。在进行高空拓展项目的过程中,挑战队员必须要按照规定穿着安全装备,方可进行。

【头盔】首先,分清头盔的正反,带有商标标志LOGO的一侧为正面,应处于额前;然后,调整头围大小和颈带的长短。头围以“戴上头盔晃头时,头盔不晃动”为适宜,颈带以“扣上后,食指中指两指能较轻松穿过”为适宜。戴头盔之前,所有长发队员须将长发盘起放入头盔;最后,晃动头部,复查头盔松紧程度,并再次检查头盔边缘是否有长发露出。

【全身式安全带】(高空队员穿戴) 首先,找到安全环(往往从颜色上很好区分出来),提起安全环,整理好安全带,平整地放在地面上;然后,双脚踏入腿环,同时提起安全带,双臂像穿衣服一样伸入两个肩带环,肩带环的尺寸为“穿好后,队员能刚好挺直腰身,上半身稍感勒束”为适宜;调整腿带大小,“以五指插入能够上下自由活动”为适宜。接着用扁带穿过身前的保护环,挂结后,从队员腋下穿过,用主锁锁在身后安全环上,最后系好胸带。

队员在开始攀爬之前,应将连接保护绳的两把主锁正反挂在安全环上(每把主锁的要求同主锁使用注意事项)。

【收绳法】 绳索连接好后,队员向高空器材攀登时,安全员要按照规范的“五步”收绳法。方法如下:

① 左手往下拉绳,右手向上抽绳;

③ 松开左手在制动下方抓住下端绳子,位置离8字环20CM为宜;

④ 松开右手去抓握左手与8字环之间的绳段位置;
(4) loosening the right hand to grasp the position of the rope between the left hand and the 8 word ring.
⑤ 在右手握绳子不动的情况下,左手回到与攀登者连接的绳子上,顺绳向上,伸直手臂,握住下垂的绳子,成保护状态;

重复以上的步骤。注意:无论任何时刻一定要有一只手以上紧握制动绳。握绳的手法:手指头必须一直绕在绳子上。手与确保器要保持10-20cm的距离。建议使用专用的确保者手套。

【放绳法】

如果是学员担任保护时,由于不够熟练,这时就需要在场的其他队友进行协助,通常由三名队员组成地面保护组。第一保护要求与安全员相同;第二保护队员,要站在第一保护背后呈“弓”箭步,双手四脂向下插入腰带,在万一队员发生坠落情况时,及时做下蹲动作,拉住第一保护;第三保护,一般站在第一保护的左侧后,就是把一保手中收回的绳子随时盘好,保证不要碰到沙石、地面摩擦。同时出现队员下坠情况当第一保护未能拉住绳子时,用力将绳子向后拉后拉住。
